Our story
Baja Casa Mar is more than a vacation rental—it's our family's home.
Over the years, it's become a place where multiple generations of our family come together to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy everything we love about Baja. Some of our favorite memories have been made here, and when we're not here ourselves, we love being able to share it with others who will appreciate it just as much.
As someone who spends a lot of time working remotely, I've found that this is one of my favorite places to get work done. There's something about the rhythm here that just works for me. I can start the morning with coffee overlooking the ocean, settle into a few hours of focused work, take a walk on the beach when I need a break, and come back with a clearer head. By the end of the day, I feel like I've been productive without feeling like work took over my life.
That experience is what inspired Baja Casa Mar.
I wanted to create a place where other professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives could experience that same balance—a place that's comfortable enough to settle into, equipped for meaningful work, and surrounded by the kind of natural beauty that reminds you to step away from your laptop every once in a while.
